Regulations
Communications between Alvaro and his clients are to be conducted only in Twitter (X), Telegram, KakaoTalk, Discord, and LINE.
All prospective clients must be using a pseudonym/cyber identity and claims the face of a public figure to be eligible for a companionship session with Alvaro, meaning that they would need to have a Cyber Account (CA), Fan Account (FA), Roleplay Account (RP), or Business Account (BA).
Alvaro's companionship services are open to all gender identities and sexualities. Alvaro strives to be inclusive and accepting of all backgrounds.
Please send your companionship form not to Alvaro, but to Alvaro's managerialㅡBlossom Bloom. You can also inquire the managerial for any question regarding Alvaro, although it is very much preferred and appreciated that you discuss matters regarding your session directly with Alvaro.
Alvaro's platonic are only open to those who are 20 years of age and older. This is to diminish the possibilities of unfair power dynamics between Alvaro and his clients.
Additionally, Alvaro's romantic and NSFW sessions are available only for those who are 23 years old and older.
For NSFW sessions, age verification of prospective clients are mandatory. Clients will be taken to verify their age through Discord. This is to prevent accidental content exchanges to minors which is considered an offence in various jurisdictions.
During a session with his beloved, Alvaro may use his own public account to promote his services.
Forms are to be written in detail. The more detail communicated, the better, as this would help Alvaro understand more about you and your needs. Alvaro reserves the rights to reject your companionship form if you use one-liners.
Alvaro serves only one client per day, regardless the nature of the package. In the event where hourly session is booked, he can accept up to three separate sessions so long as they are conducted within different time slots.
Alvaro has flexible working hours, but slower replies are to be expected during 9 AM to 6 PM GMT+7 due to his day job. Turnaround times are typically within 5 to 30 minutes during resting times, but he may take 30 minutes to 1 hour to reply during day job working hours. In the event where an emergency comes up where he needs more than 1 hour to reply, Alvaro will not hesitate to communicate his circumstances to his clients.
In the event where Alvaro's clients do not reply to Alvaro for more than six hours, Alvaro deserves the right to terminate the session entirely without issuing refunds. Please respect Alvaro's time, because he does the same to you on default.
Topics related to real life are welcomed, but Alvaro has the right to exercise his boundaries by not delving into the topic of real-life identities, whereabouts, and other sensitive informations
Showing any body parts or sending voice notes without Alvaro's consent is also strictly prohibited and will result in a ban from ever booking a session with Alvaro.
Feelings are valid, and so do romantic feelings. However, Alvaro is not to be held accountable for any romantic feelings caught before, during, and after the session with his clients, nor should he reciprocate the sentiment beyond the scope of his duty as a companion-for-hire.
Alvaro serves the right to refuse a part requested in a form or a session altogether. Reasoning behind his decision will be disclosed to maintain transparency between him and prospective clients.
Alvaro believes in a mutual understanding between him as well as his clients. That being said, in the event where his energy is not reciprocated and/or that his safety and comfort are threatened, Alvaro serves the right to terminate the session without issuing a refund. This also includes any time his prospective clients violate any terms under this Rules & Regulations page.

Sessions with Alvaro are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the session. However, refunds can still be issued with the consent of both parties. Please get in touch with Alvaro's manager for more information.
Screenshots of sessions with Alvaro, both platonic and romantic, are not to be shared publicly without the consent of Alvaro and his clients. If the prospective clients were to publish a part or all of their exchanges with Alvaro during the session without his consent and/or without indicating that the exchange happens during a previous session, said client will be banned from ever booking a session with Alvaro.
If, in any shape or form, communications with Alvaro are to be turned into a fictional material, both verbatim and non-verbatim, without Alvaro's verbal and written consent, clients involved will be fined for IDR 500,000. If any transactional deal transpired due to the said fictional material, Alvaro is entitled to at the very least 35% of the total royalty on the merit of being the centerpiece/inspiration of said fictional material regardless of whether Alvaro consented in the first place or not.
NSFW sessions are to be conducted between Alvaro and his prospective beloved who has at least booked an hour of SFW session with Alvaro.
Due to the nature of the NSFW sessions offered by Alvaro, anything that would transpire during the session shall be discussed directly to Alvaro before the session commences so that his prospective clients can get a feel on their chemistry with Alvaro before making up their minds.
Prospective clients are encouraged to leave down testimonials in Alvaro's Padlet.
Discussions are very much encouraged and advised between Alvaro and his prospective clients before deciding to book a session. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Alvaro here.

Bookings & Cancellations
Sessions are booked in full-hour blocks and must be reserved in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your slot. think of it as reserving Alvaro's time, not just a place in line. Once paid, you'll receive a confirmation with the agreed date, time, and medium (chat platform or Telegram voice).
Every session comes with a small grace buffer for late starts or last-minute overruns. No need to watch the clock like a hawk.
Need to move your session? Just let Alvaro know at least 24 hours before your booked time, and we'll find a new slot together, no extra charge. Requests made less than 24 hours out may not be guaranteed a same-week reschedule.
Cancel more than 48 hours before your session: full refund, no questions asked.
Cancel within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is retained, as this time was already held for you.
No-shows (no message, no reschedule request) forfeit the full fee.
On the rare occasion Alvaro needs to reschedule or cancel, you'll be notified as early as possible and offered a new slot or a full refund, your choice.
These sessions are real-time and personal by nature; they can't be "delivered late" the way a written piece can. This policy exists so both your time and Alvaro's are respected equally.
